RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing a hassle-free returns process. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.

  1. Eligibility:

    • Our returns policy covers all purchases made through our online store. (Please note: For hygiene reasons, unless faulty, earrings may not be returned.)

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying documents.

  2. Timeframe:

    • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

    • After this period, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the appropriate channels (e.g., email, phone, or online chat).

    • Provide your order details, including the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process, providing you with a return authorization number (RAN) and any necessary instructions.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item arrived damaged).

    • You MUST use a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

    • Please include the return authorization number (RAN) provided by our customer service team on the return package.

  5. Inspection and Refund:

    • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify their condition and compliance with the return policy.

    • If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within a reasonable timeframe.

    • Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

      • Products that have been customised or personalised.

      • Items purchased from third-party sellers or auction platforms.

  7. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
