Every watch is carefully inspected by our experienced watchmakers to assess its condition and identify any faults. We then provide a detailed quotation outlining the recommended work before any repairs begin. No work is carried out without your approval.
2. Expert Servicing & Repairs
Once authorised, your watch is completely dismantled where required, cleaned, serviced and repaired using professional techniques and quality replacement parts where necessary. Each component is inspected to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
3. Testing & Quality Control
After reassembly, your watch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure accurate timekeeping, correct operation and, where applicable, water resistance. Every repair is checked against our quality standards before being returned.
4. Return & 12-Month Warranty
Your watch is securely packaged and returned to you, or made available for collection by appointment. All completed servicing includes a 12-month warranty covering the work carried out, giving you complete confidence in your repair.
