1. Introduction

These terms apply when you leave jewellery, watches, designer handbags, precious metals, or other items with Joshua Bradley Luxury (“we”, “us”, “our”) for authentication, inspection, testing, valuation, or assessment.

By leaving an item with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Leaving an item with us does not transfer ownership of the item to Joshua Bradley Luxury and does not constitute an agreement for us to purchase the item.

2. Items Accepted

We accept luxury watches, handbags, jewellery, precious metals, and other items for authentication, inspection, testing, valuation, or assessment.

Acceptance of any item is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our requirements, standards, or security procedures.

3. Inspection and Authentication Process

• Comparison with manufacturer and brand standards
• Consultation with specialist professionals or experts
• Watchmaker inspection
• Material, gemstone or precious metal testing

Authentication or inspection may take additional time where an item requires specialist assessment.

The normal inspection and authentication process may take up to 5 business days. We will contact you once the process is complete or if additional time is required.

4. Receipt and Condition

When an item is left with us, we may record details of the item, including its description, condition, identifying numbers, accessories and any visible damage or wear.

You should ensure that any relevant accessories, paperwork, boxes, certificates or other items provided with the item are clearly identified.
