Booking & Appointment Policy Appointments All visits are by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled to allow secure drop-off, consultation, or collection of items and do not include repair work carried out during the appointment. Quotes & Assessments Most repairs require assessment before a final quote can be confirmed. Customers are encouraged to submit a quote request prior to booking an appointment. Where applicable, booking links will be provided once a repair has been reviewed or approved. Drop-Off & Collection Times Repair drop-offs and collections are available on weekends only and must be booked in advance. This allows us to manage workshop scheduling, security, and insurance requirements. Repair Timeframes All work, including battery replacements, is completed within our workshop schedule. We do not offer while-you-wait or guaranteed same-day repairs. Estimated turnaround times will be provided once an item has been assessed. Booking Changes & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Missed appointments may require rebooking subject to availability. Item Acceptance Items are accepted for repair following inspection and confirmation of suitability. In some cases, further assessment may be required before work can proceed. Late Arrivals To ensure fairness for all clients, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if the appointment window has passed.
