ITEM DEPOSIT POLICY

Effective Date: November 27, 2025

1. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an item. The deposit amount will be agreed at the time of reservation and must be paid immediately to hold the item.

2. Holding Period

Items reserved with a deposit will be held for a maximum of 10 days from the date the deposit is received. If the remaining balance is not paid before the end of the holding period, the item will be released for sale and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Payment of Balance

The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the agreed deadline. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and credit or debit card. Instalments or part-payments may be accepted only at our discretion and must be agreed in advance.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Joshua Bradley Luxury. This includes cancellation of the purchase, change of mind, inability to complete payment, or failure to collect the item.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another item unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Item Condition

All items are sold as described at the time the deposit is placed. Any known imperfections, specifications, or authentication details will be disclosed and recorded on the customer receipt.

6. Collection or Delivery

No item will be released until full payment has been received. Once the balance is paid, customers must arrange collection or confirm delivery details.

If an item is fully paid for but not collected within 14 days, storage charges may apply. Items left uncollected for an extended period may be handled at our discretion unless alternative written arrangements have been made.

 

7. Title and Ownership

Ownership of the item remains with Joshua Bradley Luxury until the full balance has been received. No item will be released until payment is complete.

8. Extensions to the Holding Period

Extensions to the 10-day holding period are not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
Any extension granted must be confirmed in writing. Additional payments or increased deposit amounts may be required for an extension to be approved.

 

9. Pricing Errors and Corrections

In the event of a genuine pricing error or listing mistake, Joshua Bradley Luxury reserves the right to void the reservation.


If this occurs, any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.


This applies to typographical errors, misprints, system errors, or incorrect pricing communicated in error.

 

10. Cancellations and Amendments

Any request to amend or cancel a purchase must be submitted in writing and is subject to approval.
Cancellation by the customer will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

11. Agreement

By paying a deposit, the customer confirms acceptance of this Item Deposit Policy and agrees to all terms contained within it.


Only written agreements issued by Joshua Bradley Luxury may amend these terms. Verbal agreements are not binding.
